I joined a gym and have a personal trainer twice a week now, and do cardio every day at the gym. This has helped me so much; my blood sugars etc are back in the normal range. My doctor took my off my cholesterol tablets and she is very pleased with my results overall. I have to keep on the same food regime and exercise regime.
