Your Personal Health Profile will give you an overall health score so that you can see exactly how healthy you are. Your goal is to move into the orange zone – as close to 100% as possible.

To enable you to keep track of your progress I have included charts so that can monitor your progress and changes over time.

Your priority Health Factors, your scores and what they mean for you
Your Personal Health Profile will provide you with individual scores for 10 important underlying health factors that are influencing how you look and feel and I will explain how these health factors are affecting you.

A prioritised list of nutrients and which foods you can find them in
I will explain which nutrients are the most important for you to get in your food right now. The most important nutrients are listed with the best food sources so that you can swap your foods and still get the right nutrients.

You don’t need to buy supplements, all the nutrients you need will be listed as a food source.

How it works

To receive your Personal Health Profile all you need to do is:

Complete the Personal Health Profile Questionnaire – this will take you about 40 minutes depending on your internet connection. Make sure you have a mirror handy as I will be asking you questions about your tongue.

At the Payment options page select the option you would like, either a Pay as you go Profile or if you would like to join my Club, the Member service.

Make your payment of US $29.95 at the checkout and you will receive your Personal Health Profile on screen and by email. It’s as simple as that!
