What makes me different?
Everybody is unique. Your body, at different times, needs different things. For example, in times of stress body systems can go out of balance and need extra support. If you have been eating badly you may benefit from additional nutrients. If you are exercising heavily the demands on the body are different. If you’ve had a recent illness chances are you could use a boost. Your work or day-to-day lifestyle will affect your needs for food and nutrients.

Everyone is different and needs individual diet and lifestyle advice. Your priorities depend on your body and your circumstances. Your body is constantly trying to adapt to your environment, your lifestyle and your diet. Often, it could use some help and support.

Why do I need a Profile?
If you feel the best you’ve ever felt. If you look fantastic and can’t imagine how you could possibly be better - then you don’t need my Personal Health Profile.

If you feel things could be improved and want to know what you should do first then my Personal Health Profile will help.

A professional health profile is designed to identify the changes that will have the most positive benefit for you right now. If you want to make changes that will help you look and feel better it is sensible to make the changes that are going to have the fastest and most beneficial effect.

Is the profile right for me?
If you are under 18, under medical care, using medication, pregnant, trying for a baby or feeding one - Under these circumstances it is best to go for a consultation appointment. This puts you in touch with a qualified nutritionist who will talk to you about your case and take into consideration these important factors. If you fall into one or more of these categories my Personal Health Profile is not appropriate for you.

How does it work?
My Personal Health profile works by asking you a series of detailed questions about yourself. You will be asked questions about how you feel, what you eat, your lifestyle and everyday signs and symptoms. Your answers are then analysed to assess your overall health and the health of important body systems. My Personal Health profile assesses the following body systems and gives you a rating for each area. How well are you doing with:

• Detoxification
• Blood Sugar
• Hormones (Male and Female)
• Food Sensitivity
• Mind and Mood
• Stress
• Thyroid
• Heart and Circulation
• Digestion
• Immunity

Based on your overall analysis you will receive a personal report that directs you to improving the performance of the health areas that are most important for you right now. It is the best way to work out the foods that are best for you and the lifestyle changes that will have the most positive impact.

What will I get?
You will receive a 20 page Personal Health Profile that tells you the foods that are most important for you NOW.

You’ll get an overall score and individual scores for 10 important underlying health factors that are influencing how you look and feel and I will explain how these health factors are affecting you.

The Personal Health Profile will tell you what your PERSONAL TOP 20 SUPERFOODS are. These are the foods that are most important to you to help restore balance and speed up your weight loss, health and vitality goals.

It will provide you with priority lifestyle and eating actions that are going to have the most benefits for you and identify the food group reductions that will have the greatest positive impact.

All of this information will be converted into a detailed profile that tells you the nutrients that are most important for you to get in your food right now. The most important nutrients are listed with the best food sources.

You will also be able to keep track of your progress with great, interactive graphs and charts that will help you monitor your progress and changes over time. I will even remind you when to come back for a new profile based on your overall health score.

No more guessing. Should I eat this? Shouldn’t I eat that? The Personal Health Profile tells you what will work for you based on solid principles of health and wellbeing.

How much will it cost?
The Online Profile costs US $29.95.

How long will it take?
To complete a Personal Health Profile you will need to spend 30-40 minutes online (depending on your internet connection) completing your questionnaire.

Will supplements be recommended?
The profile identifies the vitamins, minerals and plant nutrients that are most important for you based on your current health profile. I don't however recommend specific supplements. The profile report and recommendations focus on foods and superfoods that are right for you and that contain the vitamins, minerals and plant nutrients that are most important for you. Taking supplements can be helpful but they are never a replacement for food and the profile focuses on the best foods for you right now.

Can you tell me if I’m ill?
No. I can’t diagnose disease states or treat, prevent or cure any specific conditions. Rather, I will look at the health of your body systems and identify opportunities, using diet and lifestyle changes, to optimise how you look and feel.

For example, if you have a skin problem it could be due to a number of factors. It might be a digestive issue, it could be to do with detoxification, it might be a requirement for incorporating more Green Leafy Vegetables in your diet and introducing regular skin brushing to your lifestyle. Or it could be due to an issue with your immune system. My job is to identify which system or combination of systems requires support and deal with that. I do not seek to treat the symptoms expressed on your skin.

How do I track my progress?
In your report I will tell you when I think you need to complete another questionnaire. This will depend on how healthy you are. If you are unhealthy I may recommend that you come back for another profile in 6–8 weeks, if you are really healthy I may suggest 6 months. However, long it is, during that time it is up to you to put into action the recommendations in your Personal Health Profile. Only then will you feel the benefits and notice the changes.

When you come back for another profile you will be able to see on the graphs how much you have improved during that period so tracking your progress is simple – follow my advice and come back again when I recommend to do another profile.

How will I receive my Profile?
When payment has been made, your Personal Health Profile will automatically be compiled. It will display on your screen – please be patient it is a long report and can take a few minutes to load. You will also receive a copy of your profile by email and a copy will be stored in the secure area of the website. You are then free to access your Personal Health Profile online as often as you wish and request that additional copies be emailed to you.

How do I access my Profile online?
Your Personal Health Profile is stored online in your personal secure area of the website. To access it all you need to do is:

1. Go to www.mckeithinteractive.com
2. Click on the "Existing User" banner on the right side of the page
3. Enter your email address and password and click on the "Enter" button.

All Profiles will display in date and time order.

4. Click on the "view profile" button of the Profile you wish to view and it will display on your screen.

How do I request a copy of my Profile?
To request a copy of your Profile:

1. Go to www.mckeithinteractive.com
2. Click on the "Existing User" banner on the right side of the page
3. Enter your email address and password and click on the "Enter" button.

All Profiles will display in date and time order.

4. Click on the "view profile" button of the Profile you wish to view and it will display on your screen. To have the profile emailed to you whilst viewing on screen, please click on the relevant "view & email profile" button.

A new copy of your Personal Health Profile will be emailed to you.

I can’t open my Profile, what do I do?
To read your Profile you will require an up to date version of Adobe Reader. This can be downloaded FREE of charge by going to www.adobe.com and clicking on the button marked "Get Adobe Reader". The latest version will automatically update your computer for you and will allow you to open your Personal Health Profile without further difficulty.

Can I see an example of what I will receive?
Yes you can. Below I have explained the key areas in your Personal Health Profile and provided you with examples of what that information will look like.

Overall Health

You will receive an overall health score which gives an indication of how much better you could look or feel. The scale that is used to calculate your health score is based on years of experience and thousands of consultations – it is an excellent barometer of wellbeing.
 

 

What's going on in your body?

Your questionnaire answers will have enabled us to review the key health factors influencing your body at the moment and it is these factors that dictate how you look and feel. We will tell you which of the key factors you need to concentrate on and how those health factors are linked to the symptoms you have indicated in your questionnaire.

What do I need to do to fix my problems?

Using your key health factors and the symptoms you have told us about in your questionnaire we will tell you which nutrients are lacking in your diet. We will then tell you the best food sources for these nutrients. and then select, out of all of the foods indicated, which are the most important for you to incorporate in your diet now – these will be your SUPERFOODS.

What else will you tell me?

As well as telling you what Superfoods to include in your diet we will tell you about any herbs, spices or herbal teas that will help your symptoms, advise you on any foods that you should try to reduce and give you lifestyle tips that will help improve the balance and performance of your key health factors.

Finally, I will provide you with a host of wonderful recipes that have been selected for you, based on your profile and a full description of each of your individual Top 20 Food Sources together with information on what to look for when you are buying the food, how to store it and useful cooking tips.
